I am presuming this error is what is holding up using the latest download version.<br />

        Hi Steve, I get this message a fair bit when trying to add anything new.   Unknown column &#039;member_type.MemberTypeActive&#039; in &#039;where clause&#039; this message is also the same for new ranks, I tried to put in crew leader and got the same message..... im running windows 7 on my laptop where the programme is.      </div>

        In some Brigades people hold multiple positions.  e.g. one Brigade the same person is 2nd officer, Secretary &amp; Treasurer.  Yes, I wonder how they manage too :o)<br />

The current way the ranks work doesn&#039;t alow for multiple ranks and it is a good suggestion.<br />
<br />
Short term fix is to edit the ranks under TOOLS &gt; RANK &gt; EDIT to reflect the joint positions as a single rank.<br />
<br />
This isn&#039;t ideal at all, but will work for now.      </div>
